Very friendly staff who take the effort to befriend both you and your animals. When my pet rat had surgery and the bleeding kept up a bit too long they gladly checked her out for free and showed that they really cared about the result of the surgery being successful.I had to get one of my babies put down here and they made it as easy as they possibly could, giving us space and time to say goodbye. Very clean building too with a great setup and good pet products.
