Unprofessional I put my Large screen top of range Toshiba laptop in for diagnosis and paid their fee. It had a graphics issue. A few days later they called and said it would be too expensive to repair, then they sold me an external hard drive with my saved data on it, thats fine. I returned in person 12 days later to discover they had supposedly thrown out my laptop and wanted to give me a good deal on a s/hand home pc. I wanted my laptop returned for a second opinion. Due to its large cooling properties I now believe they are using it for gaming. Scammers
