Expensive ,poor service and rude ownerI don't know why you don't tell the truth. You had that part on the Monday and knew I wanted the car for Easter so why couldn't you put the part in before the day before Easter .According to you the wrong part had been sent from Audi . Anyway you charged me for a repair which according to another mechanic had not been done.I see there is another customer who is dissatisfied.
Said there was all kinds wrong with the car , Failed RWC , Took to 2 mechanics for second opinion , Both said nothing wrong with it , I have passed on further information regarding this !
